Let Freedom Ring

I love how fast time flies when you are an adult... it feels like we moved to Seattle 3 days ago, but it has been 7 months! Wow. When I was a kid waiting for Christmas nearly killed me every year, I always wondered how my mom never seemed  "ready" for Christmas, now I get it!

4th of July

We 'surprised' mom with a visit for the 4th of July, it was SO wonderful to spend time with family. We sometimes get a bit lonely up here in Seattle, we have friends and all, but nothing beats family.
Chandler's Fourth of July dress originally was a little tank top, and not that it is a big deal if babies wear tank tops, but I just felt the need to put sleeves on it... so I did. And I made a little headband while I was at it :)

She loves swimming... who wouldn't love swimming in a polka-dot swimsuit with a little tu tu?!

Fourth of July parade in Caldwell
One proud Grandma!
Please everyone notice Ashton's 1990 fruit shorts that Mom  used to wear when I was a baby!! Style! That is what we call freedom.

Cute grandpa!

We went swimming at the Blaisdell's pool and had a great time, I think Trever looks especially handsome in pink!
This is what we call the "swarm"... all the Wise Women swarm toward the baby :)

We went and visited Grandpa Wise and Chandler snuggled down for a little nap with her daddy!

She has started smiling and laughing and being such a joy!

Shes a cute skinny baby :)

Babysitting Adventures;
My good friend Stacie got accepted into the Seattle Craft show... she is seriously talented! So I got to babysit Lenna & Bev all day. We did a lot of playing, we colored missionary pictures for Sydney and Brandon, we made brownies, played at the park, I especially loved it when Bev climbed the slide because her hair got SO staticy!
Staice quilts pixeled world maps, USA maps etc, she makes pillows and quilt tops and has all sorts of colors. She gifted me this quilt for watching Lenna and Bev, I  love this quit and am SO excited to add some color to my living room .

Organizing project:
My mom had a perfect organizing system while we were growing up... Each girl had a box, so anything labeled 'Kennedy' went in my box. Well now that I'm out of the house I get to sort through my box and decide what to keep and what to get rid of. One thing that I found in my box was a birthday card from my GrandmaGreat (I never knew her name til I was older... We only called her GrandmaGreat)
$2 so I will never be broke! (Gifted 1992)

My cousin Ashley always wanted me to go on the tube with her... In first grade I drew this picture showing that I did not want to go "inrtoeing"!

This picture was also in my box :)
I love mother daughter church activities :) circa 2001
